Longer Breaks - Options to combine The Ten Tors Route with the South West Coast Path

We can put together any itinerary for you linking in sections of the South West Coast Path to give you a seamless week or more of walking that combines the high moors and wild coastline. Some suggestions:

Bude South West Coast Path North Cornwall Walking Holiday UK Looe or Liskeard to Bude via the Ten Tors Walk -  3 or 4 days walking

Gives a full days walking on the North Coast at the end of the Bodmin Moor crossing on one of the most challenging days on the South West Coast Path through the steps and valleys around Crackington Haven. Good transport options for departing from Bude.

Liskeard or Looe to Padstow via the Ten Tors Walk – 4 or 5 days walking

From Boscastle at the end of the Bodmin Moor Walk turn West walking through Tintagel with its cliff top Castle of St Arthur.  Overnight at the idyllic fishing village of Port Isaac and finish with a superb days walking around The Rumps Headland to Padstow where you can celebrate the end of your adventure in one of Rick Steins restaurants set around the harbour.  Easy transport out via nearby Bodmin Parkway Train Station.

Polperro Harbour South Cornwall Cornish Coastal Path Trekking Route UKThe 100 mile Challenge – a circular route via  Fowey and Padstow with the Ten Tors Option

8 days walking and the ultimate challenge.  Two crossings of the County on the Ten Tors route and then the more relaxed Saints Way from Padstow to Fowey. The best days walk on the South Coast Path from Fowey to Looe via the fishing harbour of Polperro and 2 days along the wild Atlantic North Coast to Padstow via Tintagel and Port Isaac

Plymouth to Padstow via the Ten Tors Route – 7 days walking

Take advantage of the easy transport options to Plymouth before building up the walking along the gentler South Coast route via the Golden Sands of Whitsand Bay and the Rame Head peninsula to Looe. Having then made your coast to coast and Ten Tors crossing over Bodmin Moor you can then continue onto Padstow on the tough Atlantic North Coast route staying at Boscastle and Port Isaac before finishing at the welcoming harbour and restaurants of Padstow.
